the service was impeccable and our exclusive room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the private facilities were top-notch and we appreciated the personalized attention given to us by the staff. the location was also a plus, situated in a prime area with access to exclusive shops and restaurants.

Location was great, very close to high-end stores and luxury. the owner was helpful, exchanged my money with no fees and gave great recommendations. I also enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The lack of a front desk made it feel more like a hostel. the bathroom was supposed to be private, but it was accessible to everyone which made it uncomfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They had great customer service and helped me exchange money without fees. Additionally, the location was fantastic as it was safe and accessible to transportation.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The communal kitchen was a cozy surprise where we could cook turkey, and there was a fabulous terrace with a breathtaking view where we sat and ate it. The comfortable beds were so cozy that we had a hard time getting up in the morning. the surrounding area was strategically located near important museums and tourist attractions that we easily visited.

There was no front desk to help us during our stay, which led to some confusion, and the communal restroom outside the room was not so private. We were also only given one towel for our entire stay, which was not sufficient.
